"I started adding Healthy Heartbeets to my smoothies when I was pregnant. I'm 4 months postpartum now and am still doing it because it has made a world of difference. Blood volume in your body increases about 30% when you're pregnant so your heart has to work harder and your energy level drops pretty quickly - on top of everything else your body is doing throughout pregnancy. Once I started adding a scoop of this to my smoothies about 5 days a week, I noticed a change immediately. My energy level would sustain and I could walk, lift weights, and get through my day without huffing and puffing or feeling like I ran a marathon.
